The UCI Alumni Association is a
self-supporting organization which is located in the
Phineas Banning Alumni House. The Association receives
limited
operational funds from the University.
Members join to use the library, stay in touch with the
university, take advantage of career opportunities,
discounts, or other benefits that come with membership.
Whatever the reason, members make the difference in
the tone and vitality of our organization. They represent
a richness in diversity in age, geography, ethnicity, and
gender that mirrors UCI today.
The UCI Alumni Association was founded in 1968
as a separately incorporated nonprofit organization
to advance and assist the interests of UCI and its
graduates. The association assists in recruitment and
recognition of students and alumni, provides financial
and moral support to the university, and disseminates
information about the university and its objectives.
Through its various chapters and in cooperation with
other campus organizations, the association seeks to
provide alumni with a lasting bond to the university.
Membership in the UCI Alumni Association provides valuable
benefits and services to all members.
